                                    Addendum

     In connection with the list of candidates mentioned in paragraph 3 of document CCPR/SP/50, the Permanent Mission of Honduras to the United Nations has informed the Secretariat, in a note dated 25 September 1997, that the Government of Honduras has decided to withdraw the nomination of Ms. Sonia Marlina Dubon Villeda as its candidate in the forthcoming elections to the Human Rights Committee.
