Addendum

1.       With reference to the list of candidates mentioned in annex III to document CCPR/SP/43, the Permanent Mission of Poland to the United Nations has informed the secretariat, in a note dated 31 August 1994, that the Government of Poland had decided to withdraw the nomination of Mr. Zdzislaw Kedzia as a candidate in the forthcoming elections to the Human Rights Committee.
