            The present document contains a nomination for election to the Human Rights Committee received after the submission of the list of candidates by the Secretary-General on 24 June 1994 (CCPR/SP/43).             Directs the National Judicial Training Institute. Prepares, executes and organizes the execution of initial and continuing training programmes. Organizes further training for all judicial officials (magistrates, clerks, secretaries, bailiffs, notaries, etc.).

 

            Responsible for establishing and maintaining relations between the Institute and other national or foreign institutes or schools.
