Addendum
1. In connection with the list of candidates mentioned in annex III to document CCPR/C/43, the Permanent Mission of Nigeria to the United Nations Office at Geneva informed the secretariat, in a note dated 4 July 1994, that the Government of Nigeria has decided to nominate Mr. Suleimanu Kumo as its candidate in the forthcoming elections to the Human Rights Committee and to withdraw the nomination of Mr. T. Olusegun Apata. Biographical data of Mr. Suleimanu Kumo, as provided by the State party concerned are contained in the annex to the present document.
2. In a note dated 19 July 1994, the Permanent Mission of Togo to the United Nations informed the secretariat that the Government of Togo has decided to withdraw the nomination of Mr. Komi Bouwèmenda Gnondoli as one of its candidates in the forthcoming elections to the Human Rights Committee.
